White; Male; Husky Cross; 1 ½ years old; 45lbs

One look at me and you never would have guessed that I had such a rough upbringing. In fact, I spent the first year of my life living in a basement with no love or attention. Despite my past, I really love people and other dogs, and am now making up for all of that lost playtime from my first year! I still get very excited when I meet new people, but I’m in training now, and my goal is to learn to relax and say hi without jumping. It’s going to be tough, but my trainers seem like they know what they are doing! I’m sure I’ll get it! I’m also working on my other basics like sit, down, stay, and come! Once I’ve got those mastered, I’ll be ready to go home with pretty much any family! While in prison, I’m making up for lost time and am socializing with all the people and animals I can. I also get along with big kids, little kids, cats, other dogs, and every kind of creatures — even ferrets!! I like ‘em all! If you are ready to add some fun to your life, come down and ask for me, Peanut! You’ll never be bored again!
